are technically trained and continuously updated on product information
in order to provide you with the correct and most current solutions for
your requirements. Every product we consider for our catalog is tested
and checked by our in-house technicians for excellent performance and

Payment Options: PolarisUSA Video, Inc. welcomes
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. If you
are ordering online and are not comfortable disclosing your credit card
information, you can place your order by phone via our toll free sales
line at 1-800-308-4204.
PolarisUSA Video, Inc. also accepts wire transfers, money orders,
certified cashier's checks, and company checks in US Dollars as methods
of payment. For wire transfers, orders are processed and shipped upon
receipt of payment. For money orders, cashier's checks, and company
checks, please allow up to 15 banking days after receipt for clearance
of funds before the order is processed and shipped.
Purchase orders from corporate accounts are accepted upon credit
approval. Please call toll free 1-800-308-4204 for a credit
application. After faxing credit application back, please allow 2-3
business days for processing.

a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. For technical assistance, system
design, questions or comments, please call one of our trained
salespeople during normal business hours.

Return Merchandise Policy:
RMA policies subject to revisions
to improve Customer Service. Contact the RMA dept. regarding policies
and returns. All returned merchandise requires a return merchandise
number (RMA). To obtain a RMA number, call Technical Support (9 A.M. -
4 P.M. EST, Monday - Friday at 678-405-6080. RMA's can not be obtained
through our sales channel. All merchandise must be returned in the same
condition as it was originally shipped from PolarisUSA Video, Inc.

We reserve the right to refuse any package that does not comply with our Return Policy.
Defective Merchandise: When returned merchandise is
found to be defective and out of warranty, the customer will be
notified in a timely manner with the estimated cost of repairs. The
customer must authorize and acknowledgment the repair cost of within 10
days of notification. In the absence of such acknowledgment, all
repairs are prepaid. 30 days after the customer has been informed of
our repair charge, a $15.00 per month storage fee will be added to the
bill. After 4 months, equipment will be discarded if not paid in full
by customer.
Damaged Merchandise: In the event that damaged merchandise is received, retain the original shipping carton and notify us within 3 days of receipt.
Special and Custom Orders: Orders for products that
require modification or assembly to customers specifications, drawings,
or instructions whether written or verbal are considered Special Orders
or Custom Orders. No Returns are allowed on these orders - No
Exceptions! Batteries, lenses, bulk cables, fiber optic cables and
connectors fall under this category and are non-returnable.
Warranty: PolarisUSA Video, Inc. Limited Warranty.
PolarisUSA Video, Inc. warrants all merchandise against defects in
material or workmanship for the time frame specified by the original
manufacturer from date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Longer
and/or broader warranties may be provided by the manufacturer of a
particular product. PolarisUSA Video, Inc. warranty is limited to the
replacement or repair of the defective item at no charge if we
determine such item to be defective. Defective items must be shipped
prepaid. The foregoing remedy is customer's only remedy for breach of
this limited warranty. This warranty shall not apply to any item
subject to misuse including STATIC DISCHARGE, failure by customer to
follow instructions, product modification, ordinary wear and tear,
negligence, improper operation, or any alteration during assembly or
use that renders the product not capable of being tested or resold.
Modification, repair or attempted repair by anyone other than
PolarisUSA Video, Inc. without the prior written consent of PolarisUSA
Video, Inc. will void this limited warranty. Warranty is also void on
any product that is found to have an altered or removed serial number.
All PA-1, PA-2, PA-3 and radio programming cables have a 90 day
warranty. All other products: micro board cameras, lipstick and
submergible cameras, infrared illuminators, and wireless products have
a 6 month warranty.

Directions
From Northwest of Atlanta – Using Interstate 75
To
reach PolarisUSA Video, Inc. coming from Northwest of Atlanta, take
Interstate-75 South to exit 259B (I-285.) At exit 259B, turn right onto
the ramp, towards I-285 / Atlanta Bypass. Take 285 East until you reach
exit 31b (SR-141 / Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.) Follow Peachtree
Industrial Boulevard North for 3 miles. You will come to a
fork where the left side continues on to SR 141 and the right side
continues on to Peachtree Industrial. Follow the road to the right
– Peachtree Industrial. Continue on Peachtree Industrial
Boulevard for 3 miles until you come to the South Old Peachtree Road
intersection. (There is a Shell Oil gas station on the corner.) Turn
right onto South Old Peachtree Road, and follow it through 2 traffic
lights (about a quarter of a mile.) The next road on the left is
Process Drive – turn left. PolarisUSA Video, Inc. is located at
3158 Process Drive, in the back left corner of the Cul-de-sac.
From South of Atlanta –Using Interstate 75
To reach PolarisUSA Video, Inc. coming from South of Atlanta, and using Interstate-75,
take Interstate-75 North to Interstate 285 East. Take Interstate 285
East until you reach exit 31b (SR-141 / Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.)
Follow Peachtree Industrial Boulevard North for 3 miles.
You will come to a fork in the road where the left side continues on to
SR 141 and the right side continues on to Peachtree Industrial. Follow
the road to the right - Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. Continue on
Peachtree Industrial Boulevard for 3 miles until you come to
the South Old Peachtree Road intersection. (There is a Shell Oil gas
station on the corner.) Turn right onto South Old Peachtree Road, and

South until exit 104 (Pleasant Hill Road.) Turn right onto the ramp
leading to Pleasant Hill Road. Follow Pleasant Hill Road for about 1.5
miles until you reach North Berkeley Lake Road intersection. Turn left
onto North Berkeley Lake Road. Follow North Berkeley Lake Road for about
1.2 miles until you reach Buford Highway. Turn left at Buford Highway
and continue on to the next light. At the next light, you will turn
right onto South Berkeley Road. Continue over the railroad tracks to
the next intersection – less than a quarter of a mile. At the light,
turn right onto South Old Peachtree Road. Turn left on Process Drive -
the first street on the left. PolarisUSA Video, Inc. is located at
3158 Process Drive, in the back left corner of the Cul-de-sac.
From South of
Atlanta -- Using Interstate 85
To reach PolarisUSA Video, Inc. coming from Southeast of Atlanta, and using
Interstate-85, take Interstate-85 North to exit 95 (a ramp to Interstate
285.) Stay to the left on the ramp, taking Interstate 285 towards
Chattanooga and Birmingham. Follow Interstate 285 to Exit 31B (SR-141 /
Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.) Take Peachtree Industrial Boulevard
North and continue on for 3 miles. You will come to a fork
in the road where the left side continues on to SR 141 and the right
side continues on to Peachtree Industrial. Follow the road to the right.
Take Peachtree Industrial Boulevard for 3 miles until you come
